CUE-SPORTS - MATCH HANDICAP SYSTEM POSTER

Professionally AutoCAD prepared 34" x 34" COLOR POSTER print on photo grade paper.  The  Ad image of this POSTER is a lower grade digital photo; actual POSTER is a clean clear crisp image on bright white photo grade paper.  GLADIATORS-usa.com produces this POSTER one-at-a-time with our  "HP DesignJet 1055CM plus", 36" wide format, high-resolution (600 dpi), COLOR, photo quality, printer.  KINKO'S would charge $7.00 per square foot or 3' x 3'=9 SF, or 9 x $7 = $63.oo to print this same POSTER.

This POSTER provides all CUE-SPORTS' (Pool, Snooker, Billiards, Triangle, and Bumper) players with an easy to use MATCH HANDICAP SYSTEM.

Quickly "SKILL GRADE" any CUE-SPORTS' player  by counting the number of ERRORS  they make in 25 shot attempts.  Count OFFENSE, DEFENSE, and BREAK shot attempts.  An ERROR occurs when the player fails to achieve the shot objective.  On OFFENSE, the shot objective is to pocket desired balls.  On DEFENSE, the shot objective is to "HIDE" or position balls in a manner that makes playing shots difficult for the opponent.  On BREAK shots, the objective is to pocket desired balls and/or position balls to make subsequent shots difficult for the opponent.  Any player may try to "HUSTLE" and pretend, disguise, or hid their real CUE-SPORTS' skill level, but somehow they must achieve desired results; even if they may claim to be just "LUCKY".   Judgment is necessary when counting a player's ERRORS / 25 Attempts; observe results achieved and nothing more.  Players  to be "matched up" should be "SKILL GRADED" under similar circumstances; i.e. equipment, game being played, and consequences of game or match loss.   Be careful not to "reason from small samples"; count ERRORS / 25 Attempts several times to get a reasonable average performance level for each player.   Consult the "Universal Guide to Fair CUE-SPORTS Games" TM  POSTER chart to determine each players "SKILL GRADE".

• Any two "SKILL GRADED" players can be matched up to play "FAIR" or equal chance to win with this handicap system. Example:  Player "RED" averages 4 ERRORS / 25 Attempts, and is rated as an "A" player.   Player "GREEN" averages 8 ERRORS / 25 Attempts and is rated as a "B" player.  Consulting the "Universal Guide to Fair CUE-SPORTS Games" TM   POSTER chart, these two players would play a "FAIR" match: 9/4 or with 0.45 ODDS; which means Player "RED" wins at a GAME SCORE of 9 or Player "GREEN" wins at a GAME SCORE of 4.  Or using ODDS where the players might be betting on each game , Player "RED" should pay $10.00 against Player "GREEN" paying $4.50.  Or they could play a contest based upon points: 9/4, 90/40, or 100/45, or any similar game score ratio.

A CUE-SPORTS' player's "SKILL SCORE", S, is their SUCCESS/ATTEMPTS ratio, or its (ATTEMPTS - ERRORS)/ATTEMPTS; which is the same thing.  By counting OFFENSE, DEFENSE, and BREAK shot ERRORS/25 Attempts; we get a reasonable size sample and because 4 x 25 = 100, we can readily determine "SKILL SCORE" or individual success relative frequency, based upon S = 1.00 = PERFECT (Zero ERRORS).  In any contest it doesn't matter how well you play; what matters is how well you play relative to your opponent's level of play.  If a player had a "SKILL SCORE" of S = 0.90, then the percentage for them to score two successes is = 0.9 x 0.9 or 0.81.  Then in general, for the "RED" player to attain a GAME SCORE of Gr, the percentage would be = SrGr.  Similarly for the "GREEN" player to attain a GAME SCORE of Gg, the percentage would be = SgGg.  For a "FAIR" match between Player "RED" and Player "GREEN" they both must have the same chance or percentage in achieving their respective GAME SCORE.  Therefore it follows that: SrGr =  SgGg, do the math from there and you have a "FAIR" or "EQUAL CHANCE" to win handicap system.   Take the time and do the work and you have the "Universal Guide to Fair CUE-SPORTS Games" TM  POSTER.
